Episode 147, in which we talk transplants with Dr David Cron

When you meticulously research and then write a paper which seems to correlate major motorcycle rallies in the United States with a local short-term rise in organ transplant rates, you gotta know you’re going to end up on Chasing the Horizon to talk about it – even if, like Dr. David Cron, you don’t actually ride a motorcycle yourself. Don’t worry, he does other similarly dangerous things, so he understands where we’re coming from.

Obviously, this episode deals contains a serious discussion of medical issues, up to and including death in the context of riding motorcycles, so understand this episode may not be for everybody. It’s OK to skip this one – but at least check out the news.
